FURTHER allegations were yesterday made against a property agent and his employee, charged in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old student. Property agency owner Hon Leung-fong, 32, and employee Wong Yim-ping, 28, first appeared in Sha Tin Court on July 27, when they were jointly charged with the murder of Baptist College student Luk Yee-ling. Hon has also been accused of two counts of raping a woman between 1989 and 1990. Yesterday, the Crown brought three additional and two alternative charges against the pair. It is alleged Hon and Wong administered chloroform with intent to commit an indictable offence, and conspired to pervert the course of public justice. Hon alone faces two further charges of administering a stupefying substance with intent to commit indecent assault, and one additional charge of indecent assault on a man. The court was told that on July 24 in the Royal Park Hotel, Sha Tin, the pair used chloroform on the alleged victim with intent to enable Hon to indecently assault her. It was also alleged they agreed that later Hon would pay Wong to make a false statement to police. Magistrate Michael Jenkins adjourned the case to Eastern Court for committal on October 6.
