Before joining the Guangzhou  practice, Ms Tse was previously a tax partner with the Hong Kong Corporate Tax Services Group. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in advising clients on taxation issues relating to Hong Kong, the mainland and Southeast Asian countries.

Lynn Furrow

Ms Furrow brings eight years of public relations expertise in Asia to the firm's Beijing office. She comes to mainland capital  after two years with the Hoffman Agency in Hong Kong as director of client services for the Greater China region.  She oversees accounts such as CNBC Asia, Riverstone Networks,  Xilinx and others.

Wilson Tam

Previously based in the Hong Kong office, tax specialist Mr Tam  has extensive experience in the areas of transfer pricing negotiations, tax and investment planning.

Douglas Freeman

Mr Freeman will relocate to the firm's Hong Kong office from New York. His practice areas include private equity transactions and public and private mergers and acquisitions. In Hong Kong, he will focus on Asia-based private equity transactions.

Stella Leung

Ms Leung's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment in the mainland. Before joining the firm in 1999, she spent two years  working as an investment banker. Ms Leung will now be based in Shanghai.

Timothy Yung

Mr Yung  has more than 16 years' experience in the areas of institutional broking and corporate finance at senior levels with ICEA, Prudential Bache, ING Barings, Smith New Court/Merrill Lynch and Vickers Da Costa. He was also the chief executive of Furama Hotel Enterprises and an executive of the Lai Sun Group.

Joseph Frank

Mr Frank will be based at the regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Prior to joining FedEx, he was the vice-president of logistics for Singapore Airport Terminal Services, where he directed merger and acquisition strategies.  He spent 16 years working at UPS Freight Services (Fritz Companies) in Singapore.

Linda Liu

Ms Liu joined from Ketchum Newscan Beijing. Prior to this, she spent a 11/2 years at H-Line Public Relations.

Sandrine Zerbib has been appointed head of Greater China for adidas. In her new role, Ms Zerbib will oversee adidas subsidiaries in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.  She brings close to 10 years' adidas experience to this newly created position. Ms Zerbib established the adidas office in China in 1995 and has successfully built up the firm to its  leading position today. She will continue to report to Jim Stutts, Asia-Pacific managing director.
