Tone up

Cleanse, tone and moisturise. That's the three-step golden rule to good skin care. Many people skip step two, but to get rid of all traces of dirt and cleanser before you moisturise, you've got to tone. Apply a little to a cotton wool pad and wipe across your face in upward strokes.
