Secret routes

IT IS indeed very interesting to observe that, on the one hand, CMB has the No 26 route taken away and it is transferred to Citybus, because of the former's deep-rooted poor management services over the past few years.

But, on the other hand, it is surprising that more and more new, lucrative, and competitive routes are being opened to CMB again, without the public being consulted and without these routes being opened to tender so that competitors can bid.

Can anyone, especially our well-paid civil servants living in their ivory towers, advise me how many new routes are being franchised to CMB secretly, without our law-abiding citizens' awareness?
