THE case against a 22-year-old decoration worker facing 17 charges, including murder, rape and robbery, was again adjourned in Tuen Mun Court yesterday.

Detective Chief Inspector Wong Wing-kee, in charge of the Regional Crime Unit, New Territories North, asked Magistrate Richard Day for an adjournment until September 24 to allow for further inquiries. The request was granted.
Lam Kwok-wai is charged with three counts of murder and seven each of rape and robbery.
The offences are said to have been committed between April 24 last year and August 5 this year.
