That is what Plaza Business Centre Management aims to offer. The 39-room, 20,000-square-foot serviced office centre in Central Plaza provides state-of-the-art office equipment and telecommunications facilities allowing clients to stay ahead in the global market.

Song Hoi-see, proprietor of the 11-year-old business, is confident his company provides some of the best service in the trade.

'We are the first business centre in Asia, and probably in the world, that has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification, and we go through a lot of pain to keep that certificate,' Mr Song said. Its services are audited every six months.

Prices for renting an office start from $18,000 to $20,000, including all the necessities. A specially assigned secretary can be hired for $40 per 15 minutes.

Leases are flexible, and so is the space arrangement. 'If a client wants more space tomorrow, we will give it to them if it is available,' Mr Song said.
