PCCW recently set up booths at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Lingnan University to exhibit the Samsung P25 notebook.
I bought one on September 4 at the Chinese University. Just after I paid, the salesperson told me I could only get it on Tuesday the following week.
His promise was not fulfilled. I was told, in the second week of September, that the model I had bought was out of stock.
When I phoned again in the third week of September, I was blamed for not answering PCCW's calls on September 8 and 13. I was shocked that a large company could tell such lies.
I told PCCW that I wanted a time, a date and an address to collect my computer. PCCW gave me an address, and said I could come on September 25 between 10am and 6pm. I went there on time and found the door locked and no one inside.
I phoned PCCW immediately to ask why I still could not get my computer. PCCW said I misunderstood the date, which should have been October.
