315 arrested in kowloon anti-vice operation Police arrested 42 men and 273 women in a joint anti-vice operation in West Kowloon that ended yesterday. The women were all two-way permit holders. A driver whose car broke down near the school saw teenagers entering the school shortly after 2am and called the police, who found a group inside a classroom. rat poison suspected in death at hunghom A 49-year-old man believed to have swallowed a packet of rat poison was found dead in bed in his flat in Lok Shan Road, Hunghom. Police broke into his flat after his younger brother called police, saying he had been unable to contact his brother for several days.
