After an unbelievable delay of more than four months (think government licensing), the little bar formerly known as Phi-B, which is now called Yumla, is finally opening its doors tonight.

'It has been so long, I cannot even remember how many months we've been delayed,' says Yumla's managing director, Phil Murphy, lamenting: 'We were meant to open on June 1.'

A soft opening party will be held tonight, with Peter Millward from Drum Music and DJ Simon Pang manning the decks with an eclectic mix of music - a bit of everything and anything.
