Diocesan Boys' School (DBS) now hold all six inter-school relay records after clinching the only one to have evaded them at last week's swimming championships. The DBS quartet of Clement Au Kar-man, Yan Ho-chun, Chan King-chung and Wong Chun-kit stunned a confident St Joseph's College team - the record holders since 1999 - pipping them to the finish by just under a second in 1 minute 39.45 seconds. 'We didn't expect to win the Grade A freestyle relay to be honest,'' said team coach Kenny Yip. 'By winning this relay ahead of other serious contenders, we've shown our team have tremendous strength in depth. 'Now we have all of them - it's a remarkable achievement,'' he added. Hong Kong team member Ho-chun also excelled in the 100-metre freestyle race where he broke the inter-school record. With a time of 54.19 seconds, he beat fierce competition from St Joseph's College's Tse Tsun-ho (2nd in 54.40) and Chung Kwok-leung (4th in 56.27) and Jonathan Paul (3rd in 55.59) from King George V School.
