The Royal Over-Seas League - which aims to promote a multiracial fellowship among Commonwealth members - is on the prowl for new blood. ROSL Next, which is being launched tonight, aims to follow its predecessor in a fresher, more innovative way. It promises a programme of fun social, cultural and sporting activities for all ages. There are 20,000 ROSL members worldwide; you do not need to be from a Commonwealth country. Paul Surtees, the founder and president of the organisation, says: 'Having more young members is the future of this and any other club. We want to expand the membership from the current 400 to thousands.' David Tang Wing-cheung is one of its patrons and has graciously lent out the China Club for a cocktail party tonight for the new league and its members. To join in, e-mail: email@example.com .
