Alcatel One Touch 735: Alcatel's first camera phone features an industry first 8x digital zoom, but only offers a 4096-colour display, instead of the increasingly common 65,000 version. However, the OT 735 does have good sound, MMS, GPRS and game downloads. It also continues Alcatel's distinct gaming interface, which lets you play games in landscape mode with a dedicated fire button. Weighs 89 grams with 300 hours of standby battery life. (Price: $1,780)

Lexmark 3150: Lexmark's new inkjet printer is also a scanner and a copier in one machine. The 3150 can print images at 4800 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi) and can scan images at a maximum quality of 9600 x 9600 dpi with an enhanced mode. Like most all-in-one machines of its kind these days, the 3150 comes with a built-in card reader that support CF, Microdrive, MMC and SD cards, as well as Smart Media and Memory Sticks. The 3150 is USB 2.0 compliant. (Price: $990)

Casio EX-Z4: The latest edition of Casio's Exilim series of digital camera keeps the playing card-size form factor, but boosts image resolution to four megapixels. The improved imaging capability means that the Z4 is slightly thicker than its predecessors. Like previous EX-Z models, the Z4 comes with a 3x optical zoom, but the new model adds a voice recorder plus a built-in speaker for play back. (Price: $3,380)
