The Harbour Fest mockery continues - and again on the big screen outside Queens Theatre near Lan Kwai Fong. This time, you could tell that some time and real effort went into things, complete with a pirated version of the actual Harbour Fest logo and a slightly cryptic reference to AmCham boss James Thompson and the embattled InvestHK bigwig, Mike Rowse. After calling the POAD advertising firm to determine who was responsible, the sales rep in charge of this screen denied any knowledge of this very direct and completely uncalled-for attack on the organisers of Harbour Fest. It was reported in the Chinese press that the ad space - which had previously screened a mock job ad for extras to act as Harbour Fest audience members - was paid for by a Mr Chan, but CitySeen has not confirmed this. 'We are in charge of the TV screen and the paid advertisements, but we do not have any information on these signs,' says the POAD rep.
