The public bodies following the EOC/Michael Wong saga

ICAC: Understood to be investigating allegation that Mr Wong accepted an advantage as a judicial officer.

Home Affairs Bureau: Sought reports from the EOC on Patrick Yu's sacking, and from Mr Wong on the allegations he accepted illegal advantages. Will attend Mr Wong's Legco appearance tomorrow.

Judiciary: Issued two statements, the last one saying it had no power to conduct an internal inquiry, but stressing the importance of maintaining integrity among judges.

Ombudsman: Asked by women's groups to investigate Mr Wong's 'abuse of administrative power'. Currently studying the request.

Chief Executive's Office: Has expressed concern and is letting Home Affairs handle the matter.
