WE refer to Ms Mary C. Newman's letter which appeared in the South China Morning Post, on September 3.

  Our company policy prohibits staff from booking or purchasing tickets for their own use or on someone's behalf.

  We have investigated the incident Ms Newsman mentioned and found that our staff did violate this policy.

  The member of staff concerned has been duly cautioned.
