Thousands of students at Polytechnic University and City University are planning a boycott on Tuesday and Wednesday, in protest at university funding cuts. A similar boycott will be held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on Wednesday, while Baptist University students are scheduled to take similar action on Thursday. Mass demonstrations will accompany the boycotts.
