Pop singer Kelly Chan Wai-lam won the best performance award in the female singer category in Malaysia last Saturday. Presenting the prize to her was one of the four Canto-pop 'Heavenly Kings' Jacky Cheung Hok-yau, who won four awards himself at the same ceremony. Chan snatched a total of three prizes, while Andy Hui Chi-on, also from Go East Entertainment Company, got three. The ceremony was interrupted when Chan spotted a mouse on stage. Shocked, she turned white. At the same time, many people on stage fled towards the audience. It was not known whether someone eventually caught the mouse. Soon the chaos settled and the prize presentation continued.
