RACE ONE, RATED 40-0 (C5), 1,200 METRES

Advance Ahead won a dirt trial in good style and is expected to run well. Sun Power worked strongly over 800 metres (52.4) and looks primed to run well. Peach Blossom continues to work in a sterling manner and his final gallop was excellent. Famous Brand has picked up the quality of his work and his final 1,200 metres, timed at 1:20.6, indicated improvement.

RACE TWO, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES

Star Warrior shaped nicely in a recent trial when eased out of contention in the concluding stages. He looks fit and well. Enamelled displayed pace in his trial but may need more time. Cornwall Chiefs has not shown much promise in his work and also may need  time. Fat Choy Treasure looks fit and well, and his final 1,200 metres was steady.

RACE THREE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES

Good Mood has worked solidly in a series of barrier trials and looks primed to run well. Hekyll N' Jyde has worked extremely well and looks in peak condition. Being Famous shaped fairly in his trial but appears to have plenty to learn. Yellow Dragon is bred to handle the surface, and his recent dirt trial was better than a trial on the turf.

RACE FOUR, RATED 55-35 (C4), 1,800 METRES

Claws Of Thunder continues to work promisingly and his final 1,200 metres gallop (1:18.9) was superb. Top Of The Crown has picked up the quality of his work and improvement is expected. Emperor Unicorn has displayed a good deal more zest working in pacifiers, and similar improvement can be expected. Thistlejade is fitter.

RACE FIVE, RATED 55-35 (C4), 1,650 METRES

Magic Touch shaped nicely in a recent trial and his work has been faultless. Tabbris looks in better shape and worked steadily over 1,200 metres (1:28.8). Timber City looks fit and well and his final 800 metres was good work. Kid Galaxy looks in peak form and his 800-metre turf gallop (47.4) was terrific.

RACE SIX, RATED 75-55 (C3), 1,800 METRES

Konrad The Great went to the line strongly in a dirt trial and should give a good account. Smart Chief indicated in his final gallop that he is ready to run well. Step Forward worked strongly over 1,200 (1:17.9) and looks in his best shape this term. Arrogance looks fit and his final gallop was satisfactory.

RACE SEVEN, RATED 90-70 (C2), 1,650 METRES

By Instinct worked very well over 1,200 metres (1:24.9) and has improved since his last run. Diligent continues to display loads of zest in his work and his final gallop was excellent. Noble Falcon looks fitter. Trust Me impressed in his final 800 metres gallop (59.0) and is expected to run well.

RACE EIGHT, RATED 70-50 (C3), 1,650 METRES

Champ Dragon finished well in a recent dirt trial without being pressured and should run well. Sugar And Spice is fitter and his final gallop was solid. Dongguan Excels appears to be holding his condition and should fare well. Magical Warrior has taken time to reach full fitness but is close now. Modern Prospect looks fit and his last few gallops have been sound.
