This summer, some 375,000 people made their way to Knebworth in England to see Robbie Williams perform live. The resulting recording - Live Summer 2003 - is now on the shelves of local music stores. Unlike Escapology, which was released earlier this year, it does not contain anything new but is instead a collection of some of his finest hits. The crowd at Knebworth was treated to Let Me Entertain You, She's the One, Kids, Monsoon and my favourite, Better Man, and they are all included on the CD. There was even a short burst of Queen's We Will Rock You. Williams' performance is amazing, particularly at the end when he sings Angels, and the atmosphere of the live concert is captured on the CD with the crowd singing along. It goes to prove this former boy-band star is an all-round entertainer. However, in common with many live albums, the recording suffers from poor sound quality. Still, if you couldn't be at the concert, this album is the next best thing. The accompanying Live Summer 2003 DVD is also available.
