The final few gallops of Touch Of Class have indicated improvement and he looks fit and well. King Erie galloped with promise on the turf on Monday, clocking 47.7 seconds, and looks primed to run well. Brilliant Attorney is holding his condition well and another decent run is expected. RACE TWO, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES Dragon Stride has displayed some improvement in a couple of gallops since his debut and has improved. Beauty Plus continues to impress in his work and looks in the best shape so far this season. Golden Stride showed plenty of zest in his final 400 metres breeze up and looks fit. Handbag Fortune continues to work strongly and should give a good account. Choice And Chance won a trial recently in good style. RACE THREE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,650 METRES Magic Touch worked with plenty of zest in his final 800 metres (53 seconds) and has taken his last run very well. Red Baron remains in peak condition and worked well in his only gallop since his last run. Northern Flyer worked in a sound manner in his final 400 metres gallop and a better showing would not surprise. Chariot Of Wei Hai looks fit and well. RACE FOUR, RATED 40-15 (C5), 1,650 METRES Leung's Favourite indicated in his final 1,200 metres gallop that he has improved since his last run. Just Victory is more settled in his work now and his final 800 metres turf gallop was sound. Guscott has picked up the quality of his work since his last run and can improve. Watch King looks in peak condition now and will have no excuses. Dolphin Star worked fairly in his final turf gallop but was arguably working better earlier in the season. RACE FIVE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,650 METRES Acclamation moved well in a recent trial and looks in tip-top condition. Cosmo Success is maintaining his fitness and his final 800 metres gallop was good work. Barfold Hero worked solidly over 1,200 metres (1:22.8) in his final gallop and should fare well. Ace Of Pace looks in the best shape for some time and a bold run is expected. The Faculty worked in a steady manner on the turf in his final gallop. RACE SIX, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,650 METRES Chinook was not pressured too hard in his final gallop under Douglas Whyte but worked very well over 1,200 metres and looks fit. Ever Success caught the eye in his final turf gallop, timed at 46.6 seconds, which was excellent work. Good Trio worked reasonably well in a gallop on the course proper last week and can improve. Elephant Dance looks fit and well. RACE SEVEN, RATED 80-60 (C3), 1,200 METRES Jolly Gains went extremely well in a recent trial and he does look primed to run to his best. Country Music worked in a sterling manner in his final 800 metres gallop and his condition is superb. The Achiever looks in great order and his final 800 metres gallop was faultless. Our Jet is fitter now and his final turf gallop indicated significant improvement. RACE EIGHT, RATED 90-70 (C2), 1,800 METRES By his own moderate standards, Shanghai King worked very well over 800 metres in his final gallop and will give a good account. Asali appears to be holding his condition and his final 800 metres gallop was solid. Songs Of Praise is ticking over nicely in his work and looks fit and well, despite the doubts about him as a city circuit performer. Serious Play has been working well for some time and his final turf gallop (48 seconds) was as good as he's done. Top Prize did not impress in a recent trial.
