JP Morgan managers sold 1,200 colourful reindeer antlers to raise $100,000 for Operation Santa Claus, pushing the global financial services firm's total donation to $200,000.

Despite busy schedules, managers from 10 departments tested their fund-raising skills by selling the headgear to staff.

The credit and rates department raised the highest amount of $23,000, followed by the equities and private bank sections which raised $20,000 and $10,000 respectively.

'We are proud of how generous our employees have been. JP Morgan has always been a keen supporter of children's charities and this year is no different,' he said.
