RACE ONE, RATED 40-15 (C5), 1,000 METRES

Bullish Kid displayed some improvement in a trial on December 30 and a better run is expected. Sun Power worked in a stylish manner in his final gallop over 800 metres (49.3) and is fit and well. Amity showed improvement in his final few gallops and must be respected. Fairway Finder looks fit and well and his final 800 metres (57.2) was better work than that of most of his rivals.

RACE TWO, RATED 55-35 (C4), 1,650 METRES

Northern Flyer looks fit and well and his steady work since his last run has been pleasing. Top Of The Crown worked well over 800 metres in his final gallop and has taken his last run well. Barfold Hero has had only one gallop since his last outing but remains in great shape. Brose's Honor appears to be working in much the same manner as he was prior to his last two wins.

RACE THREE, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES

Shogun has continued to shine in a series of gallops and  is primed to run well. Mountain King has progressed since his debut and looks fitter. Swiss Lad impressed in an 800 metres gallop timed in 52.5 and looks fit and well. Town Of Fionn looked in good shape in his  gallop on Monday and is fitter for his debut.

RACE FOUR, RATED 60-40 (C4), 1,200 METRES

Horace's Horse won a recent 1,000 metres turf trial (December 16) in a respectable time (59.8) and has worked in a promising manner. Forever Win looks in superb condition and his final 800 metres gallop (56.8) was excellent. Southern Light is maintaining his condition and his work has been faultless. Tennessee is fitter now and can improve. Taking The Lead has worked well in a series of gallops and is primed to run well.

RACE FIVE, RATED 90-70 (C2), 1,650 METRES

Mastery caught the eye in a solid workout on the grass with stablemate Serious Play. The duo clocked 48.5 seconds over 800 metres with Mastery working a shade better. My Chief moved fairly well in a recent trial and appears in good order. Bobo Duck worked well enough on the turf in his final gallop. Luckswell has picked up the quality of his work since joining John Moore and clearly looks in improved condition.

RACE SIX, RATED 70-50 (C3), 1,650 METRES

Fortune Life was given a testing final 1,200 metres gallop (1.26.3) and responded in a sterling manner. Fortune Smiles looks fit and well. Prince Golf appears to be maintaining his well being. Lucky Superstar has picked up the quality of his work since his last run and can improve. Exultation is well and has worked steadily in a series of 1,200 metres gallops.

RACE SEVEN, RATED 110-85 (C1), 1,800 METRES

Darwin was highly impressive in a recent trial (January 2) and he does look in excellent order at present. Liberal's Choice continues to impress in general work and under John Size worked well over 800 metres (52) recently. Lucky Paradise galloped with stablemate Highlilli, where the pair clocked 53 seconds in an excellent final preparation. Kiddy Sing has not impressed in his work or trials and may need more time. Come See You displayed  improvement in his final 800 metres gallop (46.0) on the turf. He has not had a lot of fast work otherwise.

RACE EIGHT, RATED 75-55 (C3), 1,000 METRES

Highlilli worked with plenty of zest in his last couple of gallops. His trial win indicated he has progressed significantly since his debut. Arabian Wager shaped very well in a trial on December 30 and looks fit and well. Amazing looks in excellent order and has impressed in his gallops. Hekyll N' Jyde has worked strongly in a few 400 metres breeze-ups and is fit and well.
