AN electronic engineer who jumped the queue at an ETC machine was yesterday bound over to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

  Mak Kwok-ki, 34, admitted pushing a woman out of the way as she was about to put her card into a machine at the Shun Tak Centre on September 7.

  Magistrate Ian Candy, at Western Court, ordered Mak to be bound over for 12 months in the sum of $500 and ordered him to pay $300 costs.
