Attempting to bring smiles and new faces to the World Carnival, organisers enlisted 30 youngsters for a 'Make-em Smile Contest'. Children 10 years and younger rode the carousel and put on their brightest smiles - and heartiest laughs - to win tokens for more fun at the carnival. The Twins pop duo presented the prizes for the brightest smile and most cheerful laughter. There was even a category for real-life twins, but the singers could not take part because they are only siblings in the world of showbiz. The Twins are pictured with the winners (from left): 10-year-old Cheung Kwan-ting and Hei-ting (twin category winners); five-year-old Lee Cheuk-hin (brightest smile winner); five-year-old Chung Sau-yu (most cheerful laughter); and five-year-old Lau Chi-sam (individual champion).
