Co-founder of Starz People, one of Hong Kong's most progressive and modern modelling agencies.

'When we started the agency [in 1997] we wanted to be different. Our focus was on young people, on the new generation who were already thinking about how they would progress to the next stage of their careers after modelling.

'We wanted to help develop these young people more fully. If they had a talent, we wanted them to use it, whether that be singing, acting or even styling. Many young people have talents apart from their looks and their ability to wear clothes.

'Hong Kong is still the leading city in Asia for modelling and the entertainment industry. It is the place that people from the west want to be in and be seen, and I believe this leading position will only get stronger in the future.

'It should be a big year for two of our star people: Stephanie Cheng, 19, a schoolgirl and part-time talent whose unique voice won her three awards last year, and stunning model Min Cho, new in town and from Korea.
