Beancurd plant burns down in Yuen Long A beancurd processing plant in Yuen Long was badly damaged in a blaze despite firefighters rushing to the scene and putting the fire out within 15 minutes. The tofu factory in Hung Jo Tin village caught fire about 10am. No one was injured in the incident. Police say the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
