GREAT Eagle Holdings has reported a 10 per cent rise in the office rental at its 69.5 per cent owned Citibank Plaza since last month.

Great Eagle Estate Agents director Tong Chun-wan said the rental rate at the twin-tower office development had increased by more than 20 per cent so far this year.

In the past two months, more than 160,000 sq ft of office space at the property had been taken up, mainly by multinational companies, he said.
