Consider this rather striking image which has been running in local papers. Is it an ad for the latest salon in Central, or perhaps a quickie plastic surgeon? No, it is a plug for the 4 A's Ad School designed to attract those keen on a career in advertising. It is accepting students for a second year - last year, three of the top students got jobs at 4 A (Association of Accredited Advertising Agents) agencies. Tan Khiang, executive creative director of M&C Saatchi and vice-chairman of the 4 A's creative committee, said: 'This creative workshop will focus on creative thinking with the objective to identify enthusiastic young potentials and train them up to become creative talent for us. The participants will benefit from the hands-on experience and the valuable mentorship programme supported by senior creative teams from the 4 A's agencies.'
