What qualifications do you need?

I received no formal training, but having a degree in graphic design is important to get a job in Hong Kong. Professional training is essential, but creativity should be the key. I tend to look at one's creative talent when I hire staff.

What sort of person does the job suit?

Someone who is innovative and does not like nine-to-five working hours. But you also have to be passionate about beauty and believe that design is part of life, and that it isn't bound by any rules.
