AN unemployed man who admitted practising unlawfully as a dentist was yesterday fined $5,000 in Western Court.

  Siu Kee-kwong, 65, pleaded guilty to being an unregistered person practising dentistry on August 31 in Queen's Road West.

  Magistrate Ian Candy heard that acting on information from the Dental Council of the Department of Health, two officers approached Siu posing as patients and were offered treatment.
