The public can send Valentine's greetings to their loved ones using e-cards designed by school students.

The Education and Manpower Bureau has uploaded 10 e-cards designed by secondary, primary and kindergarten students on to its website - www.emb.gov.hk - under the theme 'inclusive society begins at school' .

The e-cards were chosen from 3,500 entries for an  on-line poster design competition   in December. An EMB official said the  students had managed to grasp the concept of equal opportunity in education.

The e-cards are also  on the Special Education Resource Centre website http://serc.emb.gov.hk
