Robbers target elderly

A SPATE of robberies has forced Kowloon City police to warn elderly women to be on the alert when they are alone. Thirteen people have been attacked by two robbers - a male and a female - since June, and all the victims were elderly women on their own. A police spokesman said the culprits grabbed the victims by the neck and robbed them.
