Paul Chandler

Before this promotion, Mr Chandler was food and beverage manager of the hotel. His cooking interests were nurtured during his six-year service with the Royal Australian Navy. In the 1990s, he  worked his way up and learnt all aspects of European culinary art when he worked for reputable  hotels in different countries, including the Sheraton Mirage, Gold Coast, in Australia. He  moved to   Hong Kong in 1999 and became   executive sous chef at the  Furama Hotel. Before joining the Renaissance Harbour View  as executive chef (European cuisine) in 2001, he was  executive sous chef at the  Sheraton Hotel & Towers Hong Kong.  He was promoted to food and beverage manager in 2002 to oversee the daily food and beverage operations at the Renaissance Harbour View.

Sonny Li

He has  vast experience in banking, finance and commerce in different sectors in Australia and Asia. He started his career as marketing and sales manager at  Benpak Waterwise in Hong Kong.  Mr Chim spent more than five  years with  Bayex, where he held positions including marketing and sales  manager  Asia Pacific. Subsequently, he held positions of general manager for  Saint Gobain Technical Fabrics Asia, and vice-president,  Asiamaterials,  Shui On Group in Hong Kong. He comes to Tyco from Hilti Hong Kong,  where he was responsible as director of sales for building and implementing strategies to grow sales in Greater China.

George Chan

Mr Chan will be responsible for strategic planning and overseeing  the sales and marketing operations for the pension and mutual fund businesses of Principal Hong Kong. He has more than  25 years of experience in the financial industry. Before joining Principal, he was  general manager and chief investment officer of Dao Heng Fund Management.  He has also held various  senior positions with prestigious corporations. He joined Peregrine Asset Management (HK)  in 1995 as a director after three years as  executive director of HSBC Asset Management Hong Kong. Previously, he spent six years in business development with Jardine Fleming Investment Services.  He started his career as an actuary with William Mercer.

Henry So

Mr So will assist director of sales Kristy Lee in monitoring the growth and development of the hotel's corporate, travel trade, wholesale and incentive business from the mainland. He has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has a degree in hotel and tourism from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
