Hong Kong's music scene gets a well-deserved kick up the backside on the new album from local hip-hop artist DBF, aka Davy Chan or Davy Big Fly, according to his new moniker.

The former member of Hong Kong rap outfit LMF has gathered some of the most respected faces in the underground music scene from throughout the region to produce a disc so fresh it will give you goosebumps.

But while LMF focused on rap, DBF has embraced the vibe of modern dance music and enlisted local producers Dan F - of hot local label Disuye Records - and Ricky Swan to overhaul his original tracks with massive beats, deep, heavy basslines and bleepy electronica.
