Cheap airlines worry Cathay

Cathay Pacific is worried about the competitive threat from emerging Asian low-cost carriers but has no plan to counter them.

The airline's director of sales, James Barrington, told an aviation conference in Shanghai yesterday the low-cost competitors were 'here to stay'.
