The public debate between Executive Councillor Leung Chun-ying and outspoken lawmaker Emily Lau Wai-hing on their differences over Taiwan will be delayed further as they could not agree on an event organiser. The two had agreed earlier to meet to debate Ms Lau's view on Taiwan's independence. This followed Mr Leung's articles in February questioning her patriotism. He said Ms Lau on Saturday had objected to his proposal of a public relations firm. But Mr Leung said he would appoint another public relations firm hoping Ms Lau would accept his choice this time. Ms Lau said she would choose her own firm to organise the debate.
