All the food and beverage outlets at the recently opened Le Meridien Cyberport (100 Cyberport Road, Pokfulam) are up and running. Wine bar Podium (tel: 2980 7424) and cocktail bar PSI (tel: 2980 7424) have a limited food menu (satay of chicken, beef and duck breast, $60, half a dozen oysters, $128, and bento boxes of savoury dishes served with two glasses of chardonnay, pinot noir or cabernet sauvignon, $150 each). Chinese restaurant Nam Fong (tel: 2980 7410) serves Shanghainese and Cantonese dishes, including sauted lobster with homemade XO sauce ($480), roasted crispy pork belly ($80), hot and sour soup with seafood ($50), and braised superior bird's nest with crab roe ($1,600). Prompt restaurant (tel: 2980 7417) serves western and Asian dishes such as Sichuan dan dan noodles ($65), steak frites ($190), croque monsieur ($70) and Le Quicker set lunch (above right; $120). The Japanese Umami (above left; tel: 2980 7406) has food and a large selection of cocktails based on sake and shochu (a distilled alcohol). One of the outlets, @Lounge (tel: 2980 7523), is open only to Club Room hotel guests, members and visiting VIPs and serves a buffet breakfast and all-day snack menu.
