A British couple allegedly deceived by a Tsim Sha Tsui salesman last month will return to Hong Kong to testify against him. Police will also present the pair with recovered cash - as part of a move to improve Hong Kong's tourism image. The 40-year-old shopkeeper was charged with attempted fraud for deceiving the couple. He was arrested on May 1 for allegedly inducing the couple to pay $115,000 for a digital camera - almost twice the market price. He is due to appear in Kowloon Court tomorrow.
