Five of Hong Kong's greatest leaders in film: Peter Ho Sun-chan, Fruit Chan, Christopher Doyle, Yee Chung-man and Lilian Lee have teamed up for Dumplings - The First of Three ... Extremes.
Featuring mainland actress Bai Ling, award-winning actor Tony Leung Ka-fai, and Miriam Yeung, the film is scheduled to be released on August 19 in Hong Kong by distributor Go Film. This sequel to the pan-Asia horror hit Three, which was produced by Ho, sees independent filmmaker Chan entering the mainstream market.
Speaking at Filmart - the get-together of Hong Kong filmmakers, distributors and actors from all over the world - Doyle said it was 'possibly the best thing I have done in a long time'.
We have yet to see the fruits of their labour, but we are sure its going to be breathtaking, as seen in this still shot.
