Passage 1

Passage 4

Passage 5

Passage 6

Passage 8

We boarded the train at a small country station. It took us a while to find seats. We (1) in and took a look at our fellow passengers.

Passage 9

As my eyes got used to the darkness, I realised there was some light. A (1) to one side of the past had a faint greenish glow.
