NEW DESIGN EXPERIENCE An exhibition at the Para/Site Art Space called Yangzhou Fried Rice Incident Log redefines the concept of living, culture and design by modifying daily objects. The artworks are designed by a group of aspiring young artists from Rice-ism, a non-profit organisation founded in July last year with the aim of helping youths voice their ideas and incorporating local culture into art and design. MULTIMEDIA THEATRE A multimedia performance by choreographer and dancer Dulcinea Langfelder from Canada called Victoria revolves around a 90-year-old Alzheimer's patient named Victoria. Combining dance (tango and tap), mime, shadow play, lighting and music, Victoria will be performed in English from Friday to Sunday at 8pm in the Studio Theatre of Hong Kong Cultural Centre. CANTONESE DRAMA Med Egg's Production is a drama organisation of medical students at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. They will present Hold on a Second, a Cantonese drama about how a group of young people overcome their difficulties while pursuing their ideals, at Ngau Chi Wan Civic Centre today and tomorrow at 8pm, with a matinee at 3pm tomorrow.
