'I went to Chinese University's School of Journalism and Communication. I'm not a much of a writer, but other aspects of the course, such as photography and film, interested me. My final year project was a video drama, which I wrote and directed myself.

'I was already working in commercial radio when I joined the university. I had to give up leisure time so I could fit in my work and training at the radio station.

'The most important thing I learned at university was critical thinking. At university, you have to figure everything out by yourself. It was challenging.'
