The Ritz-Carlton is offering cooking and craft classes for children on Saturdays until August 28. The classes are for children between the ages of six and 12 and take place from 2pm to 5pm. In each class the children will learn crafts such as making Japanese wind socks, aquariums and working with clay, and they will also learn to make dishes such as sushi rolls, pasta and cookies. The classes are taught in Cantonese and English by pastry chef Richard Long and Toscana chef Umberto Bombana.
