Calvin Chiu Chi-him, 11, has an out-of-this-world plan for Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa.
The Primary Five pupil wants to send the chief executive to another planet so he can learn how to govern Hong Kong better.
That's why he drew a picture of Mr Tung floating in space as part of his application to join a space camp programme in the US as a 'junior astronaut'.
Calvin was one of six children chosen from 2,000 applications for the MassMutual Junior Space Camp Programme, to be held in Alabama next month.
Each child had to submit a creative piece of work with their application, and Calvin's picture included Mr Tung.
'I want to take Mr Tung to a planet in outer space so that he can govern the planet and gain more experience before governing Hong Kong,' he said yesterday.
The La Salle Primary School pupil, who dreams of using music to communicate with aliens in space, also composed a piece using the theme, 'I could be the first astronaut in Hong Kong! It is possible!'
