A demanding role for an extrovert capable of juggling multiple demands and roles has arisen with a Forbes 2000 company subsidiary.
A European insurance and wealth management firm with its regional head office in Hong Kong is looking for an operations and risk manager.
This position offered 'quite a broad role, with a clear focus on operations excellence and customer service', said Links Recruitment general manager Lelia Konyn.
Applicants must be willing to manage administrative duties and various risk and compliance issues. Staff training and development was another element, Ms Konyn said.
This was a job for someone who enjoyed shouldering a range of responsibilities and was seeking a role that offered 'a bit more excitement and challenges', she said.
A well-rounded, multitasking, independent approach was key. 'Somebody who doesn't like to look outside narrow areas of specialisation would not be good,' Ms Konyn said.
