Tickets go on sale this Tuesday for the inaugural winter Melbourne Food and Wine Festival (it usually takes place each year in March and April). The winter festival runs from August 27 to September 13 and planned events include Greek week from September 6 to 13, all-day intensive cooking classes with Victorian chefs, an Italian winter feast, wine dinners and master classes with wine-makers and chefs.
