Girls, if you want to score with one of the most eligible bachelors in Hong Kong, lace up those skates and work the puck.
CitySeen caught up with 31-year-old Thomas Wu, deputy managing director of his father's company, Hopewell Holdings, at the Mini Cabrio launch last week. Being the third child of Sir Gordon Wu Ying-sheung and Ivy Wu, the mini-tycoon refused to comment on his love life, though he did have a lot to say about his love of ice hockey.
Playing defence every week at the Dragon Centre in Shamshuipo, Wu said their smallish organisation was expanding from six to nine teams. 'We are also bringing in teams from other centres, like Macau. We want to play competitively, and it's more fun trying to get a slap shot past an unfamiliar goalie.'
Asked about his favourite NHL team, he told us, '[Colorado] Avalanche'. An acceptable answer if your favourite sport is ice hockey - not snowboarding.
