Until four months ago, Peter Solomon believed good health could be achieved only by leading a traditional healthy lifestyle. But finding himself in middle age, and with an exercise routine that was not shifting excess weight, he decided he needed a new approach.

He is astonished with his transformation since joining Mence Beauty. His weight has dropped 10kg to a trim 79kg, and he 'feels great'. In the past four months he has been subjected to numerous non-invasive treatments targeted at breaking down fat and toning skin - largely through lymphatic drainage and Chinese acupressure massage.

Although it was not essential, he has also put himself on a health regime, eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and fish, and cutting down on carbohydrates and meat. He also exercises three times a week, alternating cardio and weight training.

Mr Solomon is convinced that even with such an eating/diet routine, his transformation would not have been as amazing without extra help from today's technology.

He thinks there is a general consensus among western men that only traditional forms of testosterone-filled exercise routines achieve desired fitness levels.

Mr Solomon says some men may view seeking treatments such as those offered at Mence Beauty as lacking in a display of testosterone. 'But really, it is about caring about the way you look - no one is competing at Mence,' he says.
