MC Packaging's profit after tax and minority interests fell 16.9 per cent to $44.26 million for the six months to June 30. Earnings per share dropped to 7.5 cents from 12.7 cents.

   Shareholders will receive a dividend of 3.5 cents against 9.2 cents last time. The company was listed last October.
