I don't think it should. Although the economy has improved, it is still difficult for people to find jobs, especially those who are poorly qualified. Before, the adult film industry found new faces through advertisements or on the street. Few people would try, and most never thought of being adult film actors or actresses. But if the adult film industry could recruit at job fairs, the public would be more aware of the jobs, particularly those Form Five or Seven jobless school leavers.
